3 Days Rwanda Gorillas Trek & Mount Bisoke Volcano Hiking Safari Tour
Head to Volcanoes national park as you enjoy the landscape through the windows of your vehicle. The rolling hills, farmlands, gardens, and forests won’t be missed while on this journey. On arriving after a 3 to 4 hours’ drive, visit Iby’iwachu cultural village also called the gorilla guardian village where you will have a great time as you be entertained through cultural dances and music, taste the traditional meals, visit traditional healers and many more others. Head to the lodge and check for an overnight.
Have breakfast at the lodge and then proceed to the park office for a briefing about today’s hiking experience. Hiking will take about 5 to 6 hours and it will begin at 8 am. You are advised to hire a porter to carry your luggage. The summit view offers you a chance to breath taking Crater Lake, other Virunga mountains in the surrounding environment, Mgahinga national park, and Rwenzori Mountains are also not missed. Descend and head back to the lodge but this trek will reward you with a great time learning about the historical formation of this great Mt Bisoke.
Begin the day with breakfast and then head for briefing at the park offices where the dos and don’ts to follow will be well stipulated. Dress in the right attire, have your camera and binoculars, drink water, have some energy-giving snacks and many more. The park guide will take you into the forest to start the search for these wild animals. Meet other creatures and among them are the primates, bird species and many more. Meet the group and spend an hour with them enjoying their presence. Head to the lodge and check out and immediately head back to Kigali international Airport and this will mark the end of the tour.
